  • Expand your sales reach.

  • Invest in your leadership.

Leaders must either invest a reasonable amount of time attending to fears and feelings or squander an unreasonable amount of time trying to manage ineffective and unproductive behavior. Well, leader, heal thyself.

I’ve been there…

  • I know what it’s like to have a dysfunctional team, and how challenging it is to change the dynamics.

  • I’ve laid awake night after night trying to find a quick fix, and instead found the enneagram to be a powerful tool for growth and development.

  • I’ve led a board and staff that only knew how to operate at odds with one another, become a powerful unified force.

  • I’ve experienced burnout, and learned how to expand my leadership capacity and balance a rhythm of rest.

  • I’ve been restricted to a limited leadership style, until I was able to understand my own motivations, fears, and needs.

  • I led out of weakness, until I was able to grow in self awareness, and integrate a more holistic leadership style.

Building a cohesive leadership team is the first critical step that an organization must take if it is to have the best chance at success.
